Job Overview

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as HR Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about human resources. As an HR Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and collaborative team environment, where you will learn valuable skills and grow both personally and professionally.

The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day on-site operations of our Corporate HR department. This position is responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including onboarding, benefit administration, compliance regulation, supporting and enforcing HR policies and procedures, and training and development.

Responsibilities

Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all required documentation, forms, and system entries are completed accurately and on time
Coordinate new hire start dates, orientations, and onboarding schedules in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruiting records in HR systems
Respond to routine HR inquiries and escalate issues as needed
Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist in creating and implementing HR initiatives that drive company culture and employee satisfaction
Respond to unemployment claims
Supports company leave administration process including assisting employees in leave requests and administration of disability insurance programs
Assists employees and answers questions about company health benefit programs
Assist the HR department with additional administrative responsibilities and support activities as needed
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned

Pay is based on experience

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
