Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analysis of client application development requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
- Writing code, completing programming, testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
- Assisting in the modification or enhancements to existing company programs to meet the needs of the company, client and/or end-user.
- Working with development team to evaluate the interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall system.
- Assisting with documentation of developed applications.
Qualifications:
- Application development experience utilizing Microsoft technologies with a minimum of 3 years experience with ASP.NET
- Include experience and proficiency in VB.NET/C#, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript, and XML along with SQL Server databases.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming
- Ability to hand code cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Silverlight or Flash/Actionscript is a plus.
Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure meeting tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
