Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and communicative Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. This role is ideal for someone who not only enjoys building modern web applications, but can also work directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them clearly to internal development teams.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions using React, TypeScript, and backend technologies. Strong communication skills, technical ownership, and the ability to bridge business needs with engineering execution are important for this role.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support seamless communication between frontend and backend systems
Collaborate with backend engineers using technologies such as Node.js, C#, or Java
Gather project requirements directly from clients and stakeholders through meetings and discussions
Translate business and technical requirements into clear tasks, documentation, and implementation plans for the engineering team
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews
Contribute to scalable database design and implementation using MySQL, SQL Server, or related technologies
Utilize GitHub, SVN, and version control workflows for collaboration and deployment
Assist with troubleshooting, deployment, and cloud infrastructure tasks within Linux, AWS, or Azure environments

Requirements

At least 2+ years of professional experience in full stack web development
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices
Experience working with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and gather technical/business requirements
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments
Experience with Git, GitHub, or SVN workflows
Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or SQL Server
Exposure to Linux, AWS, Azure, or deployment environments is a plus
Additional experience with Python, C#, Java, C++, or VBA is beneficial
