Etnyre International is a growing, family-owned manufacturer of road maintenance, repair and rehabilitation equipment. We are in search of a Customer Experience Manager (CEM) who will be responsible for a specific territory in the United States. This position is physically located in one of the states in the territory. Those states can be found in the job description below. JOB SUMMARY: CEM drives customer satisfaction and organic revenue growth with on location customer & dealer consultation, training, equipment repair and adjustments. The CEM also serves as the company’s face to the customer on field campaigns and warranty needs.

MAJOR DUTIES:

Cultivates and maintains positive relationships with dealers and customers.
Troubleshoots equipment failures and makes emergency repairs in the field; fields service calls from customers and dealers.
Assists with incoming parts and service calls when not in the field
Supports dealer development efforts through parts sales and preventative maintenance training and coordinating dealer parts stocking plans.
Provides instruction and/or demonstration of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety on location for customers and dealers; conducts training programs, service meetings, and service schools for customers, dealers and dealer service personnel.
Promotes parts sales by making recommendations to customers and dealers on parts stock; orders replacement parts where needed.
Provides on-sight support for equipment performance issues in the field; prepares reports and makes recommendations for improvements on product operations and serviceability.
Works with the Sales Department in evaluating used equipment for trade-in.
Performs required administrative duties such as prompt submission of detailed service and expense reports.
Follow all Company procedures and protocols and represent Company in a professional manner at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned

A 2-year degree or equivalent vocational training in related field is required. A broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices, as well as specific manufacturing and servicing methods is required. Must have broad knowledge of the Company’s total manufacturing process as well as all of the product lines. Good communication skills are a must. Three to five years of experience in a similar capacity is desired.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Frequent climbing, bending, twisting and/or lifting approximately 55 pounds (and periodically heavier loads approximately 80 pounds) will be required. Ability to adhere to a heavy travel schedule.

All work will be done in a timely manner within established quality standards and consistent with Company policies, priorities and needs. The individual holding this position has a broad responsibility for carrying out the objectives of the Company including supporting all company policies, meeting goals, and working as a contributing team member. Performance will be measured on the function/duties described in the position description, accomplishments during the review period, and the methods/work skills used to achieve the goals.
