Job Summary

C & A Scientific is looking for an E-Commerce Digital Marketing Associate. The E-Commerce Digital Marketing Associate will support our Marketing team with launching new e-commerce initiatives to increase brand loyalty. This person should understand both online sales and basic marketing principles. This position is a hybrid/remote opportunity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze web metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, or transactional size and revenue.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO techniques.
Optimize website exposure by analyzing search engine patterns to increase online traffic.
Analyze and report sales-related data to inform future decisions and strategies.
Participate in the development and implementation of online marketing and ecommerce strategies, such as promotions, campaigns, and updates to the website.
Communicate with third-party web designers to provide project initiatives, requests, suggestions, and updates.
Communicate regularly with team members and stakeholders highlighting progress and analytical findings.
Inspect and update all website-related pages and systems to ensure brand recognition, accuracy, use, and goal alignment.
Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of E-Commerce experience
2+ years of Digital Marketing experience
Proficient in using standard marketing platforms (including, but not limited to: WordPress, Semrush, Google Ads, audience behavior software, and different website platforms, such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Big Commerce, etc.)
Excellent detail-oriented focus
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Knowledge of pay-per-click advertising across Google and social media platforms
Experience in end-to-end execution of digital initiatives
