What’s unique about this role?

In this role, you will assist the Finance Team with each month-end close, including but not limited to creating invoices, setting up rate tables, submitting invoices to clients via various methods, submitting month-end accruals, credit memo creation/submission. Other duties will include data entry and report creation as well as miscellaneous tasks.

What will this person do?

Assist in month end close process
Create/maintain rate tables for clients/matters
Assist in submitting approximately 4,000 invoices to clients via email/eBilling systems (Legal Tracker, Tymetrx, etc.)
Submit accruals to clients via email/eBilling systems (Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.)
Matter/Client creation in D365/Quickbase/Qbill
Work with others on the Billing Team to ensure that all incoming billing questions are answered within 24 hours
Generate ad hoc financial reporting for the sales team, department heads, clients, etc.
Provide general administrative support and reporting to the Billing Team and Billing Manager
Miscellaneous tasks, as needed/assigned

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
Excel in a fast paced deadline-oriented environment
Ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
Extremely detail oriented and proactive
Highly organized, having excellent follow through, extremely reliable and responsibe
Catch on quickly, are not afraid to ask questions or of learning something new
Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Knowledge of D365, Quickbase a plus
Knowledge of eBilling systems a plus (Tracker, Tymetrix, etc.)

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Duties are performed in a typical office environment while at a desk or computer table.
Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material, in a quiet and professional setting.
Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
