We are looking for a skilled Stibo Developer with hands-on experience in Stibo Systems STEP (Master Data Management / Product Information Management) platform. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining product data solutions that support business processes, data governance, and integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Stibo STEP platform
Implement data modeling , workflows, and business rules within STEP
Customize STEP using JavaScript business rules and Java extensions (if applicable)
Build and maintain data integration pipelines with systems such as ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and DAM
Develop and manage inbound/outbound data feeds (ETL processes)
Work with stakeholders to define and implement data governance and data quality standards
Perform data migration, cleansing, and enrichment
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience with Stibo Systems STEP (PIM/MDM platform)
Good understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) and Product Information Management (PIM) concepts
Proficiency in:
JavaScript (for STEP business rules)
Java (preferred for customization/extensions)
Experience with data modeling, hierarchies, workflows, and classification systems
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON
Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Boomi, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in eCommerce or retail domain
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Knowledge of digital asset management (DAM) integrations
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in cross-functional and distributed teams
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality

The annual salary for this position is between $130,000- $145,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
