The In-Home Expert (IHX) at Prime Communications is a professional leader who plays a key role in the sales of AT&T products and services at the customer's home, under the direction and collaboration of the sales department leaders. This role consists of serving as a direct contact with clients and ensuring the best customer service. The In-Home Expert is responsible for the sales of AT&T products, services, and promotions and consistency in achieving and exceeding established sales targets and goals.
- Exemplary Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service to all clients, build and maintain strong customer-company relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory levels, stock rotation, and work with management to manage the inventory. Conduct monthly stock and inventory evaluations, identify, and address discrepancies, and maintain accurate and presentable inventory records.
- Loss Prevention Management: Coordinate with Loss Prevention to ensure any fraudulent or suspicious activity is addressed and resolved promptly and effectively. Implement effective security measures to prevent theft, shoplifting, and enforce safety standards that safeguard sensitive information and protect customer data.
- Operational Efficiency: Monitor and account expenses within budgetary constraints. Enforce policies that align with business values and protect the brand of AT&T and Prime Communications. Collaborate with leadership and corporate teams to optimize supply chain and operational processes.
