How will you make a difference?

As Team Lead of our Retail Media team, you’ll play an integral role in supporting the needs of client relationships across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, and other marketplaces, while leading your team to do the same. You will ensure the success of retail brands through assisting with strategies, facilitating growth marketing plans, and identifying key operational opportunities that impact their growth.

As a Team Lead at ROI Revolution, you will play a unique role in coaching and developing a team of highly strategic marketers comprised of strategists and analysts skilled in all aspects of retail media including advertising, content optimization, and creative management. If you enjoy collaborating regularly with multiple service and leadership teams across Client and Corporate Services to ensure your team and client portfolios are set up for success, we encourage you to apply today!

What will you do?

Coach, support, and develop your team members in a way that evokes strong performance and creates and maintains an environment of inclusion and belonging
Proactively provide performance insights and strategy recommendations to your team; ensure proper follow-through
Lead client retention efforts through identification of growth opportunities, sharing of industry trends, and internal escalation of warning signs with thorough action plans
Serve as support system and primary change agent for highly strategic client outputs (i.e. calls, quarterly business reviews, annual planning, and on-site client visits)
Audit and inspect your team’s work product for executional excellence (i.e., reporting, key performance indicators, investment, and tools)
Build a strong partnership with our channel-specific and technology representatives, serving as an advocate for client escalations, team needs, and adoption
Serve as an Executive Lead on key client accounts, coaching the integrated team, adding value for clients, and monitoring profitability
Meet with direct reports regularly using our Performance Management tools to ensure reports can grow and develop professionally
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to vet new clients, participate in pitches, and promote team and service wins internally and externally as applicable
Facilitate teaching and training team on new tools, tactics and technology, ensure team-wide compliance when appropriate
Collaborate with HR and Client Services Operations and Training Manager to hire, onboard and train new employees
Compile and organize content for and lead team meetings, celebrations, and team builders
Foster a positive team culture of high-morale, intentional inclusion, and radical candor ensuring all team member perspectives are valued and celebrated in key decision making
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Product Optimization and Analytics

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications are listed below; however, stronger skillsets and experience are welcome and rewarded at ROI!

Bachelor’s degree
4+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Amazon/retail marketplaces advertising

Strong business marketing acumen

Outstanding active listening skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas concisely
Demonstrated success coaching, leading, mentoring and/or developing others
Unique ability to train and develop both strategic and tactically skilled marketers
