Responsible for providing quality tailoring work on garments brought in to be repaired, proving great customer service in assisting guests on measuring and fitting garments on the guests as needed, generating tailoring sales, and adherence to all Company policies and standards.
Position requires employee to have an availability of 6 days a week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00PM to assume the responsibility of the position.

Essential Functions
Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Assist all customers when needing garments to be fitted and tailored.
Answer routine tailoring questions and/or direct guest to appropriate personnel.
Inspect all clothing/materials for damages, prior to customer’s departure.Note all visible damage when ticketing and tagging items.
Performance Measurements
· Customers, calls, and tailoring inquiries are courteously and professionally handled or referred.Professional relations exist with all contacts.
· Tailoring work complies with established company quality standards.
· Good working relations exist with Company personnel and management.Assistance is provided as needed and management remains appropriately informed.
Qualifications
Education/Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent (not required)
Required Knowledge: Basic understanding of business functions.
Tailoring experience, handle fabrics and garment construction detail, operates general tailoring equipment.
Experience Required: Two to three years of tailoring related experience.
Skills/Abilities: Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
Attentive to details Read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manual

Shop Environment: Exposure to heat and/or steam regularly. The employee is occasionally exposed to humid conditions. Noise level in work environment is usually moderate to loud.
