Job Summary

This is the broadest scope, covering all six Microsoft Solutions Partner areas (Data & AI, Infrastructure, Modern Work, Security, Business Applications, and Digital & App Innovation). It requires an MCT plus four active certifications such as DP-203, AZ-700, AZ-800/801, MS-102, or SC-100. It also includes Kafka, Databricks, and AI/ML modules. This is best suited for an enterprise-facing lead trainer role.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to lead the delivery of high-impact Microsoft technology training programs. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to design engaging curricula, facilitate hands-on learning experiences, and empower learners of diverse backgrounds to master Microsoft solutions and related technologies. Your energetic approach will inspire confidence and foster a collaborative learning environment, ensuring participants gain practical skills that drive their professional growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of tech professionals through innovative teaching methods and comprehensive training strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions on Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Office 365, and Windows Server, tailored to various skill levels.
Design detailed lesson plans that incorporate best practices in adult education, ensuring clarity and engagement for all learners.
Facilitate classroom-based instruction as well as virtual training sessions using platforms like Blackboard or similar learning management systems.
Incorporate relevant programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, R, Java, C++, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, and React Express into training modules to enhance practical understanding.
Assess learner progress through evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with technical teams to stay current on emerging Microsoft tools and industry trends to keep training content fresh and relevant.
Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, assessments, and certifications achieved by participants.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with active certification(s) in relevant Microsoft technologies.
Strong classroom experience with a passion for teaching adult learners across diverse backgrounds.
Extensive knowledge of web development languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and React Express.
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C++, and JavaScript for integration into technical training modules.
Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans that incorporate hands-on exercises and real-world scenarios.
Experience using Blackboard or similar Learning Management Systems (LMS) for delivering online courses.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
