Responsibilities:

- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and inventory efficiently.
- Craft engaging copy-writing tailored, including product descriptions and landing pages.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and gain valuable insights into the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce projects and initiaves.
- Monitor website analytics and performance to identify areas for improvement.
-Regularly review customer feedback and reviews on the Shopify platform.
- Use feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Monitor order fulfillment and shipping processes to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Anticipate and resolve issues before they impact the customer experience.
Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage with customers on various platforms.
- Address inquiries and positive/negative comments, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure the website is responsive and user-friendly on various devices.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions and marketing materials.
- Understanding of content management systems and ability to update website content as needed.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies to improve website performance and user experience.
- Proficiency in providing support across various channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media.
- Consistency in the quality of service across different communication platforms.
- Prioritizing tasks effectively to ensure timely responses and resolutions.
- Managing workload efficiently during peak times or promotions.

As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the overall customer experience. Your expertise in Shopify, and other e-commerce tools will contribute to the success of our online based brand.
