Responsibilities:

Strategy and Vision

Develop and implement a long-term strategic plan that supports the organization’s mission and enhances our ability to provide high-quality home and community-based care services

Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and service offerings to expand our reach and impact

Monitor industry trends, identify opportunities for growth and expansion, and adapt our strategies accordingly

Leverage market intel, financials, internal data, and customer insights to arrive at coherent strategic objectives
Operations and Performance

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and the achievement of strategic goals

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to optimize the quality of care, participant satisfaction, and operational performance

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to address any areas of concern or underperformance

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and industry standards related to home and community-based care services
Leadership and Culture

Build and maintain a high-performance, high-engagement culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

Recruit, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring that our team has the necessary skills and resources to succeed

Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical decision-making throughout the organization

Ensure the delivery of high-quality service for people and families supported through the organization

Promote, support and model person-centered principles and practices
Financial Management

Develop and manage the organization’s annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and responsible resource allocation

Oversee financial performance, ensuring that revenue and expense targets are met or exceeded

Pursue and secure additional funding opportunities, including grants and partnerships, to support the organization’s growth and impact
External Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, staff, partners and other stakeholders

Represent the organization and serve as our chief spokesperson, representing our values, vision, and commitment to accessibility in the community and industry

Collaborate with industry partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission and influence policy development
The expected Washington Pay Range for this position is $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 annually.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education may vary; an advanced degree in business administration, finance, or law is preferred, but not required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is highly desirable and will provide a competitive edge

5+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare operations preferred (multi-state a plus)

Experience in Home and Community-Based Care (HCBS) a plus

Proven track record of leading organizations to growth, success, and innovation at an executive level is preferred

P&L management of $10M+ a plus

WORK LOCATION FLEXIBILITY:
Due to the strategic and hands-on nature of the CEO role, this position is not available as a fully remote role. We are open to considering candidates who prefer to work in various on-site and hybrid arrangements, including:

On-Site: The CEO can work from our headquarters located in Boise, Idaho collaborating closely with The Company leadership team and key stakeholders in person, ensuring effective leadership and management.
Hybrid: The CEO may choose a hybrid work arrangement, spending a portion of their time at our headquarters and the remainder at one of our six locations or working remotely. This option allows for a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work convenience. Regular on-site presence will be required for important meetings, events, and strategic discussions.
