Brand Marketing Manager

We are searching for a full-time Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will oversee content strategy and creation across various mediums, such as blogs, videos, websites, and social media. This role involves understanding the brand's voice and ensuring that all content aligns with the brand's identity and messaging while maintaining consistency with the target audience. The Brand Marketing Manager will also be responsible for the development and results of marketing campaigns, which can affect how a company is perceived by its audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement content strategy across all markets for social media platforms, websites, CRM (email and SMS marketing), and promotional materials
Build and maintain content calendar to plan and present social media strategy to the internal leadership team
Working with creative teams to guide the brand's visual and verbal messaging across all marketing platforms including organic, paid, print, video, OOH, etc.
Overseeing social media strategy and content to engage with the target audience and build community
Collaborate across cross-functional teams including operations leaders, to ensure consistent understanding and integration of marketing spend, promotions and efforts across each location.
Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and to manage brand reputation
Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
Manage promotional timelines and stakeholders to ensure campaigns rollout effectively
Stay updated on industry best practices.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend changes to enhance branding consistency.
Contribute to the Marketing’s special projects as requested and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
Preferred 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Excellent communicator and storyteller that can explain complex concepts concisely and articulate points of view persuasively.
A team player with a strong ability and desire for interacting with external and internal stakeholders.
Strong project and time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Ability to work independently and within a high-growth, fast paced culture.
Articulate with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Able to collaborate well with people across multiple departments.
Ability to communicate, lead and present to senior level managers, and executive leadership.
Full understanding of branding and marketing best practices preferred.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Solid work history that demonstrates reliability.
Advanced PowerPoint Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities against multiple deadlines.
Able to work well with people across multiple departments.
Ability to communicate, lead and present to senior level managers, and executive leadership.
