The Taverna Collection is looking for self-motivated, high performing Finance, BDC, and/or Sales Professionals who have a desire to learn. In this role, you will handle both the selling and financing of a vehicle transaction. Since you handle the deal from start to finish, you'll get compensated on both Sales and F&I profit. Your job is to contact customers with high volume, high quality reach outs, build rapport, close the deal including financing, and ensure a smooth delivery of the vehicle.
Receive 300+ unique leads a month! OTE (On Target Earnings) for this role is $139,600 and 70% of Sales and Finance Executives achieve or exceed OTE within 12 months on the role.

Responsibilities:
- Respond with high quality tailored reachouts and follow up with significant lead volumes per month (300-400+ leads) over call, text, and e-mail, in addition to in person walk ins
- Demonstrate the vehicle to customers both in person and via the internet & overcome customer objections to close deals
- Work with a Sales & Finance Director to ensure all stipulations are collected for a loan
Qualifications:
- Must be a high performing Sales Professional
- Flexible schedule – weekend and evening hours required – Alternate between working 5 and 6 days a week.
- Excellent communication skills with your customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
