8+ years previous leadership/management experience of multi-national engineering teams
BS or MS degree in at least one relevant engineering field or equivalent experience preferred
Demonstrated successful experience working with and leading at multiple levels within an organization
Background working with existing teams and supporting engagement with new customers
Understanding financial and P&L information and cost drivers including speed to market and rapid development cycle processes
Significant experience in hardware, concept to manufacturing design, problem solving, hardware manufacturing execution
Mandarin speaking candidates preferred but not required
Travel of approximately 15%, including international
