Job Details

One of New York’s top producing luxury real estate teams is seeking a full time Director of creative, marketing and social media. Founded by Eric Brown, the EB Team has sold $500m+ of residential real estate and consistently sees $150m+ in annual sales with a majority of deals in the $10m+ price point.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant marketing experience and be motivated to work hard in a team environment. As a Marketing and Creative Director, you will strategically manage all external creative deliverables such as listing photos and video, social media, email marketing, advertising, listings, print collateral, website and branded merchandise.

Position Summary: We are seeking a person with a contagious enthusiasm for architecture, real estate, high end photography and everything in between. They will help tell the story of our underlying brand through print / digital marketing and social media strategy across multiple channels. This role would oversee our team social media accounts, team marketing needs and more.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for shaping the team's brand positioning and developing, executing and tracking a variety of marketing projects. Including but not limited to all photography & videography, listing creative materials, social media, pitch books, local print and digital advertisements and all client gifting. This position requires outstanding written and communication skills and the ability to work proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Strategy:

Work with our Founder and team Operations Director to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy
Rollout, implement, and management of marketing and creative strategy
Reporting weekly to Founder and Operations Director and collaboratively make recommendations for improvement

Social Media:

Drives the creative strategy, along with the Founder and Operations Director
Lead photographer and videographer for all content
Collaborates with outside photographers and videographers when needed
Creates and manages the social media calendar
Schedules and executes all posts
Writes all captions
Manages hashtag strategy
Stays up to date with all the evolving social media metrics
Lead on all engagement on each account

Listings/Advertising:

Prepare various marketing materials for all the teams real estate, advertising and listing preparation needs
Curate and prepare monthly newsletters sent to clients from team agents

KEYS TO SUCCESS

Strong understanding of social media marketing, both strategy and execution
Strong understanding of social media metrics
Strong photography, videography and editing skills
Obsessed with editorial photography, style, architecture, and real estate
Understanding of a wide variety of brands and consumers
Highly effective communicator through email, phone, video, and in person
Detail-oriented and organized; able to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver on strict deadlines
Understanding of creative specifications for digital creative assets (video, photos, copy, etc.)
A stickler for details and super organized
Self-starter who works well independently but enjoys collaboration
Demonstrated understanding/experience with the creative process, production and execution

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Public Relations or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years of applicable marketing experience (covering social, photography, videography, digital and print marketing strategy)
Experience in real estate or marketing is a plus
Highly skilled and experienced in graphic design and photography / videography
Proficient in Adobe, Photoshop, Instagram, Facebook, Canva

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Based in NYC
Ability to navigate around Manhattan for photo / video shoots
Ability to work varied hours / days as business dictates
Hybrid, remote work and travel within NYC for on-site shoots

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($60,000.00 - $80,000.00)

Benefits & Perks: Paid Time Off, Transportation stipend

The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, and training. The above hiring range represents the EB Team’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
