Compensation: $62,000-$68,000 yearly
Schedule: Wed-Sat 7a.m. until finished
Role Summary: The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for keeping the warehouse operating at or below budget, overseeing warehouse activities, including hiring, training and vendor reporting

- Manage labor hours, productivity, and compliance to KPI and operational standards.

Maintain HACCP, FESMA, and Best Practice qualifications and ensure audit compliance.

Train, develop, and retain all warehouse personnel within company guidelines and best practices.

Create balance and sustain our “We” will win as one mentality, in all facets of the company’s purpose, spirit, and vision.

Work directly with Human Resources to develop and retain associates through training and leadership programs.

Ensure all warehouse personnel successfully complete Safety Training Programs and operate in a safe and clean working environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in distribution and picking systems preferred.

2 year previous leadership experienced required

Basic Math Skills.

Excellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen and a criminal background check.

Must be able to be on call 24/7, work nights, weekends, holidays and extra hours as needed to support the 24/7 business operation.

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Preferred Qualification (if Applicable):
- Bilingual- a plus.

Logistics/distribution certification preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. of product using a four-wheel dolly and/ or drag hook.

Ability to stand, bend, turn, twist, reach, pull and push.
