GhostBed is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Account Manager to lead the strategy and management of our Amazon and other e-commerce accounts, driving growth and expanding the reach of our premium mattresses and other innovative sleep products in the online marketplace.

Job Type: Full-time

DAYS IN OFFICE:-In Office (5) Days .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize marketplace accounts (Amazon Seller Central, Best Buy, Home Depot, Walmart, Wayfair, etc.)
Maintain account health and ensure compliance with platform policies and performance standards
Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, returns, feedback, reviews, and overall content optimization
Supervise and collaborate with virtual assistants to execute day-to-day account management tasks and maintain performance standards
Monitor Amazon FBA replenishment, inventory levels, and reconciliation processes; assign tasks as needed to ensure product availability
Forecast inventory needs and collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure consistent stock levels
Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, IT, and EDI teams to support strategic initiatives, product launches, and onboarding of new ecommerce accounts
Manage promotion submissions across ecommerce accounts
Ensure accurate ship points, routing, and customer shipping/handling requirements across all accounts
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, inventory levels, account health) to identify areas for improvement and report to stakeholders
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve execution

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, or equivalent professional experience
2–5+ years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce marketplace accounts
Direct experience with Amazon (Seller Central)
Strong understanding of FBA, inventory management, replenishment, and reconciliation processes
Experience managing product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and account performance
Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and deliver projects on schedule
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and develop actionable recommendations
Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to leadership
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, emerging trends, and relevant regulatory requirements
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair marketplaces
Familiarity with EDI processes and shipping/logistics coordination
Experience working with virtual assistants or offshore support teams
Experience with ecommerce analytics or reporting tools
