Description:

LiberatED Way is an innovative education organization committed to transforming the way students learn and thrive. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated contractor to join our team. As a contractor at LiberatED Way, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to provide high-quality, student-centered education experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to an organization that is reshaping education for the better.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with LiberatED Way team: Work closely with the LiberatED Way team to develop, execute, and evaluate educational programs, initiatives, or projects in line with our mission and objectives.
Program Development: Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of educational programs, curriculum materials, resources, and tools that align with LiberatED Way's vision and pedagogical approach.
Instructional Support: Provide support to educators and facilitators by offering guidance, resources, and professional development opportunities aimed at enhancing instructional strategies and student engagement.
Training and Workshops: Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations to educators, parents, and other stakeholders on topics related to LiberatED Way's educational philosophy, methodology, and best practices.
Project Management: Manage and coordinate specific projects, ensuring that deliverables are met within established timelines and budgets.
Data Analysis and Evaluation: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to program effectiveness, student outcomes, and participant feedback. Use this data to inform program improvements and decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other partners to build relationships, promote LiberatED Way's mission, and identify opportunities for collaboration and support.
Communication: Communicate progress to goals with stakeholders, including Program Directors and senior leadership
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and contribute to written documentation, including program summaries, progress reports, and evaluation findings.
Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and innovations in education, attending relevant conferences, workshops, and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks or responsibilities as required to support the needs of LiberatED Way.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience working in the education field, preferably in an innovative or alternative education setting.
Knowledge of progressive and student-centered educational approaches and methodologies.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make evidence-based recommendations.
Proficiency in using educational technology tools and platforms.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Passion for education, equity, and social justice.
