Event Producer

Location: New York, NY

Eventique, an award-winning event production, and creative agency, is seeking a full-time Event Producer to play a key role in the execution of various events within the company. Your expertise in event production, project management, and client coordination will contribute to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients.

You will:

Event Execution and Coordination:

Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and vision.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of show planning and execution, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
Work with internal teams, such as creative, technical, and sales, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of live event deliverables.
Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate event schedules, run of show, and other event-related documentation.
Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement production strategies for each event.

Client Management and Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional client service throughout the event planning process.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or changes in event requirements.
Collaborate with clients on content intake and execution, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into the event experience.
Foster strong client relationships, exceeding expectations and maintaining client satisfaction.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Develop project timelines, workback schedules, and critical paths to ensure efficient event planning and execution.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify and address potential issues or risks, and implement appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure resources are allocated effectively and tasks are assigned appropriately.

You should:

Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Have 5+ years of experience in event production or related roles.
Possess strong knowledge of event planning and execution processes, including budgeting, logistics, and vendor management.
Have demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Be an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at fostering productive collaborations with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
Demonstrate a keen attention to detail, coupled with exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, maintaining professionalism and composure while handling high-pressure scenarios.
Exhibit proficiency in utilizing event management software, project management tools, and other pertinent software applications.
