Executive Assistant / Payroll Administrator

Direct Report: Human Resources Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt/Full-Time

Hours Worked: 40+/week.

PMI is looking for Executive Assistant / Payroll Administrator to support the Human Resources Manager and CEO, and the executive management team as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations within Payroll are ran efficiently.

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Pueblo Medical Imaging (PMI) is owned and operated by Radiology Associates of Nevada (RAN). RAN has been servicing the Greater Las Vegas Area Since 1977.
We are a comprehensive state-of-the-art diagnostic and full-service outpatient imaging center. We offer patients convenient scheduling, easy access in a comfortable paperless environment, as well as the advanced technology required for accurate evaluations and diagnosis. Our dedicated and experienced staff treats every patient with respect and dignity.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

2 years experience in an administrative role supporting upper management.
2 years Payroll experience.
Calculating payable hours, bonuses, tax withholdings and deductions.
Knowledge of Payroll Laws and State Regulations.
Must possess strong interpersonal communication, writing and organizational skills, for effective communication with vendors, co-workers, doctors, patients, and direct reports.
Strong analytical skills, independence, problem solving, and overall positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other tools with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Ability to do essential job duties.
Ability to understand, read, write, speak, and follow English instructions. Bilingual preferred but not required.
Non-Exempt/Full-Time
40+ hour /week

JOB DUTIES:

Work closely with CEO and Senior Executives to provide support for team with meetings, visitors, calendars, and day to day operations to assist in ensuring company goals and objectives are accomplished efficiently.
Manage a variety of special, high impact, projects for Executives while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Prepare various statements, reports, memos, processes, and other documents.
Pose as the backup for general clerical duties including, but not limited to, answering phones, sorting mail, ordering office supplies, spreadsheet creation, filing, copying, faxing, and scanning.
Maintain accurate and organized filing systems and databases.
Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
Assist management team with administrative tasks as requested and special projects as assigned.
Perform Bi-Weekly Payroll duties including, but not limited to, preparing timesheet entries for processing, managing all terminations for processing, verifying deductions, prepare end of year W2 tax forms as well as, maintaining vendor files and Doctor’s Contracts.
Knowledge of benefit programs such as pension plans, (401K, Profit Sharing, DB), Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance and group health insurance plans.
Knowledge of company insurance policies such as EPLI, Worker’s Compensation, Business Office Insurance, Umbrella, Cyber Liability, and Medical Malpractice Insurance.
