Job Overview

Duties

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Supervise food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Oversee POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling.
Lead staff training, development, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.
Monitor kitchen and front-of-house activities to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Coordinate shift management, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
Proficiency with POS systems transactions and reporting.
Proven ability in inventory control, budgeting, and food management to optimize profitability.
Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles.
Excellent communication skills for staff training, interviewing, and team management.
Knowledge of kitchen management, catering operations, bar service, and banquet experience is a plus.
