Duties:
- Perform CT scans on patients in a clinic out patient setting, as well as Urgent Care patients
- Operate CT equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Position patients correctly and provide clear instructions for the scanning process
- Monitor patients during scans to ensure their safety and comfort
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret scan results
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and scan results
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
-Willing to train into CT
-Preferred valid certification as a CT Technologist
- Previous experience working in a hospital or emergency room setting preferred
- Proficient in operating CT equipment and software
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
