Full Job Description

Seven Bridges Therapy is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist for our Concord location. CFs welcome!

SUPPORT

Whether you’re an up and coming CF or a seasoned SLP or SLPA, why work alone in the schools or a SNF when you could be surrounded by amazing SLPs all day every day? As women owners, we’ve been there and done that. We’ve done our CFs in the schools and literally had to fly by the seat of our pants, with the bare minimum supervision and support.

At SBT, there is no need to guess, never a time when you feel alone, endless opportunities to hang out, ask questions, get feedback, have someone more seasoned observe a session.

We don’t micromanage anyone. But we are there right when you need us!

COLLABORATION

Is there anything more fun than chatting about clients with other SLPs? We don’t think so. While we often collaborate with outside professionals on cases like BTs in ABA, OTs, PTs and teachers, the most fun is collaborating with your office mates and our staff. Even with our clinicians who’ve been with us for 10+ years, we STILL watch each other’s videos and chat about clients. Collaborating with other professionals is so helpful too, we often have BT’s sit in on our sessions and work together to benefit the client!

PHILOSOPHY & VIBE

Our top priority is having fun! We live and breathe this business, after starting it in 2000, our team has grown SBT to 11 locations and counting with the most robust administration staff you’ll ever see. With our schedulers, billers, intake team and authorization team doing ALL of the behind scenes work, you need only to come in and do Great Therapy! We take care of everything else for you. You never worry about scheduling or billing like you do with other companies. Just come into work every day and have FUN!

Our offices are designed to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. With beautiful nature artwork all around the waiting rooms, clients don’t feel like they’re coming into a stale doctor office and that all trickles down to our staff. We dress comfortably in casual business attire, chat freely between sessions and have lunch together as often as possible. Our clinics are places everyone is excited to come to every day, clients and staff alike.

PAY & BENEFITS

We pay for half of your medical premium each month, we have 401k WITH MATCHING (that could be 1000s in your pocket ON TOP of your pay), and we have a student loan repayment program where we put in $100/month if you owe student loans and you qualify. This is on top of almost 30 paid days off each year.
