The Basics of this opportunity:*

Compensation: Starting at $80,000 per year with the possibility of higher salary access based on experience
Bonus: In addition to the $5,000 sign-on bonus, there's also opportunity to bonus monthly/quarterly!
Relocation Assistance: $20,000 is available in relocation assistance for this position
Some Benefits Highlights: 15 days of PTO which accrues from Day 1 and 401K Match!
Range of availability we're looking for (this is not the schedule, just your range of availability): Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm with preferably one to two evenings per week of availability until 8:30pm. No expectation of Saturday work unless you want to schedule make-up sessions.

Telehealth?: Up to 50% of supervision can be done via Telehealth in this position
Client Care Expectation: Can vary, but approximately 110 hours per month (5.5 daily hours of productivity)

Job Duties:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and run ABA programs
Develop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as needed
Provide field supervision to behavior technicians as required for cases
Support staff in meeting productivity requirements
Write performance evaluations for behavior technicians
Available to parents & behavior technicians by phone when there is an emergency or urgent need
Produces progress reports and treatment plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
Attends staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
Motivated to lead by example

Requirements:*

Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related
program, required
Active BCBA Certification required
3+ years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
At least 1 year of experience working with various software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing tasks

Must pass a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/ VZV during our onboarding, which we will pay for

The initial pay range is eighty thousand dollars to eighty-four thousand dollars, but ALP may be able to exceed our pay range based on experience and education.
