The Opportunity
Our Member Services team is seeking a motivated and caring individual who can help us deliver on our mission of closing the need gap by providing excellent service to our nonprofit members across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service via inbound phone calls, online chats and help tickets.

Maintain nonprofit relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

Provide support in processing member registration.
Qualifications:
-
Customer service experience necessary
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Work cross-functionally to support NPO partners, through their life cycle with Good360.

Must be comfortable with general Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, etc.)

Self-motivated, energetic attitude

Creative problem-solving skills
-
Excel and/or database experience preferred.

Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, NetSuite, Magento, Asana) a plus.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
