Your Role and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and lead implementation of studio strategy in support of the global strategy
- Drive business objectives and outcomes
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships (internal and external)
- Oversee and evaluate client engagements and events
- Manage local studio personnel and studio operations
- Collaborate with other studio leaders to share best practices
- Increase studio visibility both internally and externally
- Own the studio communications plan and align it to the global communications plan
This is a studio-based role that will interface directly with existing and prospective clients. As part of the local studio team, you’ll play a critical role in developing and delivering compelling client experiences that in turn generate business for IBM. In this capacity, you’ll also work closely with other innovation studios as well as global and geo teams to share best practices and innovation and apply key learnings. The innovation studios are an integral part of the local ecosystem, and we’re looking for the best people with diverse skills and experiences to build out the studios team and serve as front line ambassadors for IBM.

Location Statement
IBM offers a competitive benefits program which may include medical & prescription drug coverage, dental, vision, mental health & well being, 8 paid holidays, minimum 56 hours paid sick time, 80 hours paid vacation, life insurance, 401(k), financial counseling, and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law.
The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
