Title: Law Enforcement Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Law Enforcement Officer to join our team.
Position Summary:
This site is in Queens. A Humanitarian location in New York. Now, we are seeking a polished Law Enforcement officer who can represent our brand. Main responsibilities include making sure the safety of all in the facility.
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Acts as site supervision, ensuring guards are on site for each post, uniformed and following post orders.

Conduct disciplinary discussions and complete write ups on incidents at location.

Monitoring all activity at location, providing guidance to officers when required

Act as visible deterrent and assist with de-escalation.

Respond to alarms or calls of distress.

Use radios and/or cell phones to stay in contact with Security personnel.

Shares knowledge of site responsibilities with new employees.

Ensure the site is running smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications

Retired Law enforcement Officers is a must.

NYS Security Guard License
-
Private security experience a plus

Experience in a supervisory capacity

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Retired Law enforcement Officers is a must.

Shelter experience preferred.

The rate for this role is $30.00- $40.00 hourly. Compensation will be commensurate with experience, skill level, functional and/or industry knowledge, education level, certifications, as well as other qualifications.
