We are recognized by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) with a national Clinical Trials Participation Award, FCS offers patients access to more clinical trials than any private oncology practice in Florida. Our patients have access to ground-breaking therapies, in a community setting, and may participate in national clinical research studies of drugs and treatment protocols. In the past five years, the majority of new cancer drugs approved for use in the U.S. were studied in clinical trials with FCS participation prior to approval.

Position Summary:

Oversee all department patient financial service activities as it relates to the Central Services teams.
Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business health care administration, finance or related field preferred.
Previous Experience: A minimum of five years in healthcare, revenue cycle, performance improvement or healthcare business operations preferred.
A minimum of five years previous management experience required.
Core Capabilities: Proven leadership experience is critical with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Travel: Approximately 5% travel will be expected to work at any Company location to help meet the Company’s business needs, including overnight stays in and outside of Florida.
