Red Cap Plumbing, Air and Electric is Now Hiring a Senior Marketing Manager!

Red Cap Plumbing, Air and Electric is looking to add a key member to the Marketing Department. To continue our growth, we’re searching for a Senior Marketing Manager to contribute immediately to the organization. This individual will focus on Lifecycle Marketing to connect Retail & Relationship marketing to maximize short-term revenue and grow long-term customer relationships by anticipating customer's wants and needs – and then delivering on them. We are also looking for the Senior Marketing Manager to support strategic communication approaches for B2C and Small Business audiences designed to drive revenue and long-term loyalty across our service offerings and drive customer engagement. The successful candidate will have a proven record of collaborating cross-functionally across marketing disciplines and business units, putting the customer at the core of every decision.

Responsibilities:

Work IN-OFFICE at our location in Tampa, FL
Foster relationships and work cross functionally on Customer Loyalty, Sales, Digital, and Corporate Communications to lead strategic marketing campaigns aimed at the growth of our customer lifecycle across our service offerings.

Support the communication strategy, planning and execution of cross-product audience efforts including converting customers specific to one product offering to multiple and deepen customer loyalty.
Identify customer segmentation, offer construct and testing opportunities to optimize communication efforts by promoting priority messages to the right customer, in the right channel at the right time
Support creation of roadmaps to further evolve customer engagement approaches
Deliver high-level performance trends and reports and drive optimizations for marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing Analytics and Media teams

Qualifications:

5-7 years’ experience in Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Relationship Management, or related field
Must possess excellent relationship building, written and verbal communication and leadership skills
Can successfully influence multiple stakeholders, managing complex and fast-paced business needs and be able to present to stakeholders

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)

Experience with customer data and an understanding of paid media and marketing analytics
