We have partnered with the State of Connecticut to make certain that individuals are not inappropriately placed into nursing homes for long term care services.
If you have the following credentials, we need you to join our team and make a difference: LCSWs, LCPCs, LMFTs, LPCs, CSWs who are registered and licensed in the State of Connecticut. Candidates must have a minimum of two years working with adults and older adults who have serious mental illness. This experience is to include diagnoses and treatment planning. There are no quotas, and you will be compensated per completed assessment.
