About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant at MetaWorld Entertainment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO with essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of business administration, including accounting, human resources, scheduling, and communication. This role demands a highly detail-oriented and responsible individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fully remote setting.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily studio operations and support the CEO in accounting, hiring, human resources, and scheduling.
- Manage business registrations and payroll processing.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Collaborate with leadership to execute contracts and process invoice payments.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Adapt to additional duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Law.
- 1-3 years of experience preferred, ideally in a similar role.
- A keen interest in games and emerging technologies.
- Exceptional organizational skills and professional communication abilities.
- Skilled in working independently, prioritizing tasks effectively, and adapting to change.
