Full Job Description

Responsibilities

Our Medical Lab Scientists perform laboratory analysis and administrative tasks associated with clinical assessment of patients. They perform highly complex testing and coordinates teaching of Clinical Laboratory Science and medical students, residents, fellows, and other members of hospital. They also execute tasks required to maintain accreditation with Joint Commission, CAP, DCRA, AABB, and FDA as applicable to each section.

This unit is known to encourage consistent internal growth!

Qualifications

Medical Laboratory Scientist II Job Requirements:

MLS/MT(ASCP) or eligible to obtain
Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science plus two years of experience

Skills

Ability to trouble shoot complex laboratory instruments

Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance activities
