Full time salaried position.
Private Physical Therapy Practice located in Massachusetts has an opportunity for a motivated Physical Therapist to step into a leadership role as a Clinical Manger. If you have been looking for a chance to lead a team, have access to industry leading treatments and work with a team who are as passionate as you are, then come grow with us.
Our practice is looking for a clinical manager to help manage the day to day operations and continue to grow the practice. As a leader you will oversee a team of physical therapist's and will have time set aside each week for administrative duties. Our wide range of hours allows us to not only meet the needs of our patients and the community, but can provide an opportunity to create a schedule to fit your needs too. We can typically accommodate a schedule that helps you lead a healthy professional life while allowing you the freedom to still have time to do those things that are important to you personally.
Our clinical managers are responsible for managing our clinical staffing needs, KPI's, statistical and metrics analysis for day to day operations, maintaining clinical compliance with all regulations, and for program development to help foster clinical growth and optimal care.

We are diverse in our patient population seeing a wide range of diagnosis, working with athletes, pre/post surgical, joint replacements, balance issues, pediatric issues, and some pre/post natal care. Each staff therapist has specialty training and interests including a Mulligan Certified Instructor, multiple clinicians trained in the Graston-technique, ergonomics and occupational health. Based on your skilled training, you get to decide the best treatment plan for each patient, while having the opportunity to learn from each other and grow professionally.
