About The Role

Galileo is looking for a part-time Primary Care Physician with strong clinical experience in complex care and an interest in improving health outcomes and patient experience. Unlike in traditional practices, at Galileo you'll be given the time and tools necessary to truly solve patient issues in a proactive manner, work with an excellent team of multi-disciplinary experts, and be at the frontier of modern medicine.

Here's what you'll do:

Act as a key primary care practitioner on our clinical team, which provides exceptional care in preventive health, chronic disease management and urgent care
Engage in team-based care with a virtual team of admin, care navigators, and clinical specialists
Deliver primary care in a patient-centric and provider-centric model combining virtual and in-person care
Drive ongoing improvements for our care model, optimizing outcomes while decreasing inefficiency

About You

You are a Primary Care Provider with extensive clinical experience. You are comfortable with broad spectrum primary care and eager to care for patients in the modality that makes the most sense for them (virtually, in-person, and asynchronously). You are driven to improve systems that enable personalized, empathetic care for individuals and families in the community and eager to find a modern practice that supports approaching patient care in ways that make meaningful and real impact to their lives.

This is an in-person role supporting our patients located in Atlanta, Georgia on a part time basis, 1day/week.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

4+ years of clinical experience in complex care, chronic care, and primary care post residency
Innovative and creative leadership qualities
Proven experience with successful behavior modification
Comfort with basic procedural skills
Completed an accredited MD/DO program with certification to practice
Active licensure in Georgia or ability to obtain license by start date with Galileo
For the safety of our patients and staff, employees in this role must be fully vaccinated with all necessary vaccinations. This includes a booster for a completed COVID-19 vaccination.
Excited about potential to take on digital patients within your schedule.
Located in GA and willing to work a part-time, in person schedule in Atlanta, GA.
