Hello from Blankenship Family Dentistry! We are the team of Dr. Jeff Blankenship, located a quick jump across the Lilburn line in Stone Mountain. We have the most exciting reason to be seeking a new Patient Care Coordinator (PCC)! Our talented and thoughtful PCC Thomas is getting married, and shortly after the honeymoon, the newlyweds are embarking on a lifestyle of international travel! Although we will miss Thomas, we look forward to his sharing pictures and adventure highlights starting with their first destination, Vietnam! In the meantime, Thomas is industriously working to update training manuals and procedure guidelines for our future employee.

After training, you’ll collaboratively work with your co-worker to:

Answer the phone, addressing questions, directing calls.
Schedule: Crafting a busy and ideally scheduled day for our clinical team. If you enjoy putting a puzzle together, you’ll enjoy our scheduling system!
“Check-in” patients; dishing out Blankenship hospitality while updating registration and notifying the clinical team of the patient’s arrival.
Onboard new patients, sharing first visit information and providing information to turn an ordinary call into an extraordinarily positive patient experience.
Register patients: updating health history records (digitally), gaining authorizations, and verifying insurance.
Collect and post co-payments when due at the time of service.
