We are a leading integrative medicine practice that provides exceptional holistic healthcare to our valued patients. Our practice focuses on personalized care, combining conventional and complementary therapies to promote overall well-being. We are seeking a Patients Care Coordinator with a strong customer service background and excellent interpersonal skills to join our dynamic team in our Bryn Mawr, PA location.

As a Patients Care Coordinator, you will be our patients' first point of contact, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk responsibilities. Your role will involve scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, managing patient inquiries, and coordinating administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and compassionate demeanor.
Schedule patient appointments efficiently, considering availability and optimizing the appointment calendar.
Provide compassionate customer service, answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
Verify and update patient information accurately, including insurance coverage and personal details, ensuring compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as patient check-in/out, data entry, and maintain organized patient records.
Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to facilitate communication and support patient care coordination.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment.
Conduct daily summaries, daily logs, and other patient care procedures.
Run the opening or closing office procedure efficiently.

Requirements:

Have at least 5 years of related work experience in a front desk or patient care coordination role in a healthcare setting.
Have strong customer service skills with the ability to provide compassionate care and build rapport with patients.
Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be Detail-oriented and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Consistently exhibit a warm, positive, and "can-do, will-do" attitude.
Proficient in computer skills, including experience with electronic medical record systems and patient scheduling and management software.

Compensation:

The Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator role offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including an employee discount program, allowing you to utilize various services within our integrative medicine practice. The hourly rate for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
