Oversees the overall management of retail stores in assigned region to ensure

effective operations and fulfillment of budgeted sales and revenue. Manages the

implementation of operations, new products and logistics.

Achieve company sales revenue and margin goals by setting strategic direction

and developing annual and long-term plans that define store operations policies,

performance indicators) and resource budgets (financial and headcount); and

ensure integration of key activities or projects across the organization.

Operations Management

Take overall responsibility for designing, developing and delivering the

organization's operational strategy and outcomes.

Business Strategy Implementation

Develop the strategy for a business area of significant function, anticipating

market challenges and opportunities. Ensure the strategy is successfully

implemented and meets long-term business needs.

Leadership and Direction

Set and communicate the strategy for achieving the organization's mission,
