We are seeking a skilled and experienced Content Manager to join our team. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our video and photo content strategy, overseeing the creation of high-quality, engaging, and impactful content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including videographers, editors, and marketers, to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. This role requires strong creative and technical skills, along with a deep understanding of video production and storytelling.
Video and photo Content Strategy: Execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with our brand objectives, target audience, and marketing goals.
Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and produce compelling video content across various formats, including promotional videos, product demos, interviews, tutorials, and more.
Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end video production process, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, location scouting, scheduling, directing talent, managing post-production and delivery of final product.
Visual and Narrative: Ensure that video content aligns with our brand voice, messaging, and storytelling objectives.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of video production techniques, equipment, and editing software to guide and collaborate effectively with videographers and editors.
Content Optimization: Optimize video content for various platforms and channels, ensuring it is visually appealing, engaging, and meets the best practices for video optimization.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze video performance metrics, such as views, engagement, and conversions, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of video content initiatives.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new video content opportunities and ensure our content remains relevant and impactful.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to align video content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and business objectives.
Proficiency in video production and editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition, pacing, and overall aesthetics.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of video optimization techniques, including video SEO, metadata, captions, and transcripts.
Familiarity with various video formats, codecs, and compression standards for different platforms and devices.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in using video analytics tools to measure video performance and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Video Content Manager, Video Producer, or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or media production environment.
4+ years proven experience in a similar position or exercising similar skills preferred.
