Current availability for detail oriented individual based in our Pompano Beach office.

Responsibilities include:

Develop, modify and maintain test applications used for testing RTP Corp product releases, modifications, and patches
Provide results of testing to development engineers in order to remedy any issues found or enhance the product.
Investigate, analyze and resolve problems and issues related to assigned applications, reports and/or processes
Development of Windows based GUI applications using C, C++, and VB.
Maintain designed software units under a configuration management system
Aid in troubleshooting/diagnosing software issues
Develop, modify and maintain documentation for RTP Corporation product.
Provide technical support by telephone and e-mail communication to RTP’s customers.
Gather information from customers in order to diagnose their issue and provide technical solutions in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle
Knowledge of programming languages, Microsoft Office programs, and Windows Operating Systems
Minimum 2 years development utilizing C, C++, and VB
