How you will make contributions that matter...

Pulling, wrapping, and tagging products off of the robot line

Loading trailers with outbound product in the proper sequence
-
Verifying that codes and products match pallet tags
-
Safely operate production equipment, including but limited to pallet wrappers, pallet dispensers, and powered industrial trucks

Complete necessary paperwork both in an accurate and timely manner

Perform other duties as required by management
You are best suited for the role if you…
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
A working understanding of food manufacturing acronyms (SQF, QA/QC, CQP, HACCP, SOP, 5S, GMP, etc.)
-
Strong math skills
-
Strong technical skills, ability to operate and understand equipment controls, touch panels, and mechanical operations
-
Successful completion of a background check
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Demonstrated work history

Good attendance is a must
Physical Demands
-
Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes but not limited to: noise, changing temperatures (hot, wet, cold, humid), standing/walking/bending/stooping/climbing stairs, maneuvering around manufacturing equipment consistently throughout the shift

Working with chemicals, wearing personal protective equipment and following approved chemical handling procedures

Physical lifting up to 50-lbs frequently throughout the shift unassisted

Shift flexibility. This is a hands-on role for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Our equipment operators are assigned to a team in support of operations. This can either be days, swing, or night shift, and weekend. Work days and shifts may change to help cover vacations/absences, during plant downtime, or related events such as audits

Work up to 12-hours per day
