Stock Coordinator
JOB OBJECTIVE: Proper completion of shipping and handling of company's inventory on a consistent basis. Adherence to all company security policies concerning shipping, receiving, and corrections of inventories.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Process all store shipments and administers recall. Endures daily maintenance and housekeeping of stockroom area.
JOB DUTIES:
- Verifies accuracy of incoming/outgoing product
- Verifies accuracy of all shipping memos, bill of ladings, recall sheets, dumping codes and master charges as per company procedure
- Maintains a neat, organized and well-stocked merchandise area
- Complies with all store security procedures
- Endures that stock merchandise is properly sized.
Sales Associate
JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers in order to maximize sales and customer service, to promote the company's image of quality and professionalism.
JOB DUTIES:
- Practices professionalism salesmanship according to company's policies and procedures in order to achieve maximum personal and store sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Adheres to all loss prevention policies
- Ensures that all merchandise is properly ticketed and attractively displayed and maintains their ROS in accordance with company's standards
- Promotes total customer service in a friendly way
