Job Description Summary: As a Product Manager for Fastlane focused on merchants on partner platforms, you will play a pivotal role in the success of Fastlane. Your way to impact

Your key mission will be to ensure that Fastlane merchants on partner platforms have a world class experience. Focusing on merchant adoption on partner platforms, you will work to baseline activation metrics on all partners and reduce the friction of activating Fastlane.

Your day to day

In your day to day role you will

Collaborate with external partner platforms to discover, define, and design the Fastlane experience on the platform
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs on partner ecommerce platforms
Design and execute user research studies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
Discover and define features for baselining and tracking activation and usage metrics across partner platforms
Collaborate with design to develop experience figmas for all partner platforms

What do you need to bring

1 -2 years of product management experience preferably focused on merchant experience
Experience with analytics and instrumentation
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required for cross organizational and external collaboration
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
