Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, including experience in consulting and technology industries.

Experience in all areas of talent sourcing, such as: internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, Boolean search strings, college, and intern.

Experience working with applicant tracking systems.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Great attention to detail and ability to assure high quality work.

Authorization for permanent employment in the U.S.

Recruitment (external staffing)

Recruiting and hiring technical candidates for software architects, developers, business analysis, project managers, testers, technical writers, technical leads, system administrators, and help desk personnel in cleared and non-cleared spaces.

Researching and sourcing qualified candidates by leveraging a variety of tools including technology and social media to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Maintain candidate pipeline in applicant tracking system (ATS).

Source, identify, attract candidates through various job boards using Boolean search strings, cold calling, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Follow the Armedia ISO 9001 workflow for recruiting: identify candidate, screen, schedule technical interview with hiring manager, schedule interviews, distribute and manage assessments, negotiate compensation packages, and prepare and coordinate offer letters, employee employment agreements, and resident contractor agreements.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates.

Screen candidates and evaluate their ability to perform duties listed on the job description.

Recruit for culture-fit and alignment with Armedia’s Core Values.

Focus on creating a positive candidate experience and telling Armedia’s story in a compelling way.

Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and take a consultative approach to recruiting.

Liaise with the HR Manager to ensure smooth on-boarding for new hires.

Manage recruiting summer interns, recent college graduates, and "Hackathon" participants.
Planning

Collaborate with business development and sales leaders to anticipate talent requirements for new business opportunities and develop and implement recruiting and contingent hire plans.
