Hampel Oil Distributors, Inc. is a family-owned and operated wholesale marketer and distributor of finished petroleum products that was started in 1976 by Al Hampel. This position will be based in Wichita, KS, therefore if hired, you will be required to live or relocate near Wichita, KS

Here are the details:

· Average pay: $80K - $90K per year plus incentive bonus

· Work a typical schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday – Friday - Frequent Travel

Purpose of Position:

The Organizational Development Manager will develop, maintain & monitor a training program tailored to new hire and refresher courses for all operational positions. This will also include continual documentation of SOPs and development of these practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide expertise, training, and facilitation in key talent processes including performance management and succession planning; gather feedback and data to form the process and make enhancements as needed

· As a member of the Talent team, you will play a critical role in building and executing impactful programs and talent development strategies to ensure we are prepared for the future and have the right visibility and growth of our talent

· Coach and guide leaders to create development opportunities and career paths that help team members build critical skills and grow their careers

· Enhance and lead our culture and employment life cycle surveys to support Hampel’s journey to create the best possible work environment for our team members

· Demonstrated ability to quickly understand business drivers and cultural/organizational dynamics

Requirements:

· Bachelor Degree in Organizational Development or related field

· 3-5 years demonstrated success with developing training program

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy
