Rural Carrier Associate (RCA)
$20.38 per hour paid bi-weekly.
- Delivering mail and packages in all types of weather
- Customer service, the face of USPS in the community
- Do not wear a uniform/Mostly driving/ Work independently
- Ability to pick up work at other USPS locations within 50 miles
- Flexible workforce and used on an as needed basis (fluctuating schedule)
- USPS Employee Health Benefits available 1st day of employment

- Raises are based on route evaluations and cost of living raises based on union contract
- Voluntarily become a union member
