This role is fully onsite within our Saddle Brook, NJ office. Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of the office in order to be considered.
Job Summary:
This role will prepare incoming mail for scanning and keep accurate records of tracked mail. (UPS, EXPRESS etc.) Monitor postal changes for cost savings. This role will also keep accurate records of all tracked mail and deliver to the proper departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Complete work using procedures standard to the organization

Prep mail and deliver to scan center

Deliver copy paper

Affix proper postage to outgoing mail

Performs clerical duties, including data entry, filing paper documents, email, calendar management, and word processing

Retrieves, prints, faxes, or mails supporting documentation to vendors or others as directed

Contacts or receives contact from customers or other claim related third parties to obtain and/or provide necessary file information to comply with quality and process standards

Generates and sends appropriate forms to insured/claimant for completion

Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties
