Full Job Description
Robert Half is seeking a UI Designer for a full-time role with an agency client!
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team, product managers and developers, to understand project goals and user requirements.
Create visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Apply user-centric methodologies.
Employ various human-centered, accessible design techniques, including conceptual models, wireframes, and interactivity.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
Participate in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the original vision.
Passion for great design, user experience and site usability.
3+ years of professional experience as a User Interface Designer or similar role
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Proficient with image authoring tools and prototyping tools such as Adobe CC, Sketch & Figma.
Basic understanding of ADA standards for websites.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end design is a plus.
