Full Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

● Understanding the seed to sale system and importance of inventory tagging

● Understanding of First in, First out order picking

● Being/becoming fluent in all mandated shipping rules, regulations, and requirements

● Be the backup contact to arrange for pickups with Transport companies

● Use and accurately track orders in Apex

● Create COA packets for distribution/logistics team

● Enable efficient delivery to our clients by leading and overseeing pick, pack and staging fulfillment workflow

● Assist in creating delivery manifests; ensure all manifests are accurate.

● Ability to follow detailed operating procedures to ensure compliance and client order accuracy

● Ensure fulfillment room is properly stocked and assist in restocking inventory

● Assist in daily audits of fulfillment area, and maintain accurate audit records

● Perform quality control checks on orders to ensure accurate fulfilling

● Assist Logistic Supervisor with receiving of cannabis, entering new items in inventory management software and online menus

● Assisting with inventory control, labeling, quality assurance, and quantity verification as needed on a daily, weekly and monthly basis

● Reconcile inventory with METRC and other systems to ensure that all inventory is accurate

● Ensure that all product is properly secured and stored during and at the end of each day

● Ad hoc projects as assigned

● Operate company- provided transport vehicle in accordance with company safety policies and procedures and in compliance with all Massachusetts state regulations.

● Physically load and unload product from transport vehicle

● Confirm all product is correct on manifest and invoices provided by fulfillment team.

● Drivers must always maintain compliance with the Cannabis Control Commission regulations.

● Ensure that all documentation is accurate and matching the invoice.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school education or higher preferred

Preferred Skills

· Time management and planning skills.

· Organizational and communication skills.

· A comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Office, Point of Sale software and inventory management software is required.

· Basic math skills.

· Understanding FIFO organization of products

· Data entry, documentation, and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.

· Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to employees and vendors maintaining a professional and courteous manner.

· Ability to be a team player and contribute to team results.

· Delivery experience preferred, but not required

· Delivery requiring a rotating schedule during normal hours of business 2-3 days per week, with the possibility of weekends

· Experience working with Dispensaries on a consistent and direct basis

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Meticulous attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

· Must have a safe driving record

· At least 21 years of age

· Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

· Valid Driver’s License

· Must be able to life 50lbs repeatedly
